He did voice-over work, most notably in Seth Greens ‘Robot Chicken.’ in 2006 He wrote and released a semi – autobiographical novel centered on his rise to stardom as a child and his difficult relationship with his father. The actor remained mysterious with very few public appearances and working here and there. It got to the point where when he was pictured he was almost unrecognizable from the last time we’d see him. In 2013 Culkin starred in a viral video which saw him eating a cheese pizza, which was meant to be a reenactment of Andy Warhol eating a Burger King Whopper from the documentary ‘66 Scenes from America.’
