Neeraj Pandey Says It Was Impossible To Cast His Favourite Actor, Akshay, In And As ‘M.S. Dhoni’
While talking about his upcoming venture, M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story, he said, “MS Dhoni is also a patriotic film in its own way. It also speaks against corruption.”
Much before making the biopic of M.S. Dhoni, Neeraj Pandey and his team did extensive research and made it a point to meet Dhoni’s family, friends, coaches and the officials who have worked with Dhoni in Kharagpur. Neeraj didn’t want to leave any stone unturned for this venture and all his and his team’s hardwork is clearly seen through the official trailer of the film which has broken many records and has kept the fans in awe.
When Neeraj was asked about how Yuvraj Singh has been shown in the film, he said, “We don’t want to hurt someone. Its a clean movie and Yuvraj Singh will definitely love it. You don’t become big by hurting someone.”
Throwing light on his venture, Neeraj expressed, “The story of MS Dhoni is not just about cricket. It is his journey. If you are having a dream you can chase it and achieve it.”
M.S. Dhoni – The Untold Story is Neeraj Pandey‘s first venture into biopic and is slated to release on 30th September.
