The beauty of Bollywood who is still gorgeous in her 60’s, Neena Gupta has never been hesitated to talk about her personal life and has been breaking stereotypes for a long time. Just a few months ago, her frock ka shock came which was a surprise for her fans, proving that she is still young at heart. Age is just a number, our mind should be young and soul should be pure.
Now, the veteran actress has revealed about her daughter Masaba’s divorce with Madhu Mantena and said that instead of helping her, it was Masaba who helped Neena. She also shared views on live-in relationships. She alone worked hard and grew up Masaba all these years and also shared the darkest moments of her life in one of the interviews.
While speaking to Pinkvilla, Neena Gupta said, “On the contrary, she helped me. I was devastated, and I used to talk to her and she helped me go through it. These youngsters are very smart, this younger generation is very smart.”
She also talked about that she didn’t allow her daughter be in a live-in relationship, but now, she is now okay with it. And this change of opinion did not come just because of Masaba’s separation, but also because of all the divorces she has been seeing around her.
Neena Gupta said, “Itna paisa kharch karo shaadi mei, itni mehnat karo, itna taam jhaam karo aur uske baad aap divorce karlo, arre yaar, toh live-in karlo. I think I have changed my mind during the last 3-4 years.”
From Aspiring of being a Tennis player to a dancer, Masaba has come along a journey of being a big fashion designer at the age of 19, she applied for Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai with support from Wendell Rodricks. Gupta is well known for the creative and artistic names she gives each collection.
