Chris Evans praises Varun Dhawan for Captain America: Civil War

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, who had done the Hindi dubbed for Chris Evans in the film ‘Captain America: Civil War‘, has got a serious reason to be elated. Yes, Varun Dhawan is excited and enthralled as the original hero of the film Chris Evans has lauded his effort for dubbing the film in Hindi.

Recently during the interviews of ‘Captain America: Civil War’ when an Indian journalist showed the Hindi dubbed trailer to Chris Evans. He surprisingly liked it. He said, “I quite liked it. Ah yes! He’s quite authoritative; he seems to have done a good job.”

When Varun heard this news, he was on the cloud nine and felt blessed. He in return said, “I think it’s pretty cool that he got to see it (trailer) and liked it because eventually he is Captain America and I tried to maintain his tone, so if he’s happy with the voice then I’m happy.”

At first, during the dubbing time, Varun Dhawan was very nervous and finds the dubbing thing very challenging. In one the interview Varun even confessed, “Captain America is a matured and a balanced leader which is something that I am not. So, that made it all the more challenging for me. ‘Captain America: Civil War’ is bigger, better and the action is huge.”

All in all, it seems he did an excellent job by voicing over Chris Evans role for ‘Captain America: Civil War’. Varun Dhawan is currently busy with another project ‘Dishoom’, which also stars John Abraham and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles.

Chris Evans starrer ‘Captain America: Civil War’ is set to release on May 6. Directed by duo Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, the Captain America film is based on Joe Simon and Jack Kirby comic book.
