At the latest, a case has been filed against Om Swami, Salman Khan, and Colors CEO for hurting religious sentiments.
As per the complainant, Bigg Boss makers have hurt the sentiments of people by showing obscenity. The case was lodged in the court of a judicial magistrate of Bareilly on Wednesday, January 18. According to a detailed report of Hindustan Times, Lawyer Anil Dwivedi said that the reality show is promoting obscenity and hurting the sentiments of Hindu Community. The lawyer also goes on to blame the show host Salman Khan and the CEO of the channel. He said, “He (Swami Om) was shown consuming meat while wearing that dress thus demeaning the importance of saints in the Hindu religion.”
Lawyer Anil Dwivedi also requested the court to register a criminal case against Om Swami, Salman Khan and the CEO of the channel. The case will be heard on February 13 by CJM Kusumlata Rathore. This case will surely gonna give some tensions to the makers of Bigg Boss 10.
Overall, the show is doing great in terms of TRP and the makers are leaving no stone unturned for their grand finale episodes. Soon we will even see Shah Rukh Khan entering the Bigg Boss house for the promotions of Raees along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
