Kareena Kapoor Khan opens up about her second pregnancy:Last time, I just took myself for granted and became huge

Bollywood starlet Kareena Kapoor Khan and the Pataudi King Saif Ali Khan have recently announced about the addition of a new member to their family. The news of bebo’s second pregnancy left her fans super excited. Her pictures from Saif’s birthday celebration, gave a little sneak of her baby bump through her dress. Since then, her photoshoot pictures clearly show the pregnancy glow on the gorgeous actress’s face.

However, given the current pandemic, Kareena and her family are being very careful and find the pregnancy to different from the first one. In a recent interview, Kareena opened up about how she is being indoors mostly and shooting for ads. She also mentioned how she gained a significant amount of weight during Taimur and that she is being very careful this time. She also said that her family is super concerned about her well being due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Kareena was quoted saying, “Last time, I just took myself for granted and became huge. I put on 25 Kgs. I don’t want to do that. I just want to be healthy and fit. I think the first time, it’s just excitement. Everyone’s like parathe khao, ghee khao, doodh piyo, besan ka laddoos are coming. And now, I’m like listen I have done it before, I know what my body requires. My doctor’s like ‘listen you are not eating for two, that is just a myth. Just be healthy and be safe.’ And that is what I am trying to do.”

When asked about Taimur’s reaction to knowing about her pregnancy Kareena said that he is yet figuring things out and would be turning 4 this December.

“He is figuring out things. He is very ahead of his age. We never treated him like a kid. We treated him like an equal and adult. He is a giving boy and that he is ready” added Kareena.
