Bollywood’s popular director Karan Johar is again in the news over Nepotism remark. In the recent past, Kangana Ranaut was a guest at the Koffee With Karan Show where she targeted Karan for following Nepotism in Bollywood. At the latest interview with Barkha Dutt, Karan Johar spoke a lot about Kangana Ranaut and her remark on Nepotism.

On KWK show, Kangana said, “In my biopic, if ever it’s made, you will play the stereotypical Bollywood biggie, who is snooty and completely intolerant to outsiders. A flag bearer of nepotism. The movie mafia.” During the rapid fire section, Kangana has shocked everyone with her statement.
When asked about the same on his latest interview to Barkha Dutt, Karan said, “I felt attacked, why should I apologize? She had an opinion and I respect that, but I had my opinion to give as well.”
Karan also goes on to say, “She had an opinion, she is an exceptional talent and I have always said that. She has her opinion and she said it. Two weeks later, I was given a platform and I said what I had to. I don’t know what to say, what she meant, whereas I have never crossed paths with her beyond here and there. She decided to choose me, to make her point which is fine.”
