Mumbai: Soon after the release of Sacred Games 2, actress Kalki Koechlin announced her pregnancy after waiting for good 5 months and now the lady is a proud other of a baby girl.
Kalki gave birth to a cute angel on February 7 through water birthing method. No other details have been given out as of now other than this.
The actress recently took to her Instagram, sharing a heartfelt post on Instagram with her fans. The actress revealed that she has named her little girl as, ‘Sappho’.

The actress, along with her boyfriend Guy Hershberg, was busy posting multiple pictures of their cute antics, setting up major goals for ‘to-be parents’.
Sharing the news, Kalki mentioned that she was unsure in the beginning when she found out about her pregnancy but after multiple confirmations the actress got super happy.
While the actress had to go through many situations explaining herself to the society which finds it uncomfortable for a woman to have baby before marriage, Kalki stated that she knew people who were judgmental after she got pregnant.
“I knew we still have people being judgmental about being unmarried and having a child in India, but honestly trolling on social media is nothing new or surprising and something that any celebrity deals with, so I don’t take it to heart. In comparison, my neighbours, colleagues and friends have been so supportive and wonderful, and made me appreciate how many lovely people surround us on a daily basis,” Kalki said.
