She was also to appear in Kunal Kohli’s movie Phir se which was about two divorcees trying a second chance at marriage. But the movie got shelved due to some legal issues. The trailer is still on YouTube.
She was off the camera for couple of years and then she came back as Maya in Beyhadh. The character of Maya was totally unconventional and she proved her mettle with this role. She has proved that she can get into the skin of any characters.
