Govinda finally breaks his silence over Coolie No 1 remake; check what he said

David Dhawan is all geared up to recreate the magic of Govinda and Karishma Kapoor starrer blockbuster movie “Coolie No. 1″ with his son Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan playing the pivotal roles.

Ever since the film was announced, people are eagerly waiting for the film to hit theatres, but the superstar of the 90s, who was the main actor in the original film had not spoken a word over it.

But finally, Govinda has broken his silence on the remake extending his good wishes to the team for the remake.

He also said that the remakes of all good movies are being made and when people go to him and tell that some actor who either looks expresses or dances like him, it felt flattering to him.

Varun Dhawan has often said that he is one of the biggest fans of Govinda and it was one of the reasons he wanted to be a part of the remake of Coolie No 1. Speaking over the same, Govinda said that every actor who is successful in the industry is taking inspiration from his seniors and even he started his career in the same way.

Coolie No 1 remake team is currently in Goa to shoot for a romantic song of the movie. In a recent video, Varun reminded his fans of the release date of the film i.e. May 1, 2020, but also teased them by mentioning the date 21 in it.

It is being speculated that the makers might release the teaser or trailer of the film tomorrow.
