Google Lists Out Top Trending Films In India, Even Hollywood Films Made It To The List
2018 has been a very good year for Bollywood with several films like Sanju, Padmaavat, Race 3, and Baaghi 2 doing spectacular business at the box office. Some small budget and content-driven films like Raazi, Stree and Badhaai Ho also earned tons of money. Now, Google has released the list of the most trended film of 2018. The most interesting thing about the list is inclusion of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai which released last year.
Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer sci-fi action extravaganza2.0 topped the list making it most talked about and most searched film of the year. Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor’s debut film Dhadak also found a place in the list. It is definitely a big news for the debutant. However, the biggest snub was Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan’s Thugs of Hindostan, which was a complete disaster.
Indian market is also opening up for Hollywood films with some big movies doing spectacular business in the country.
