If you check the number given on the scooter, it’s only 9 digits instead of 10. Now we can call this a blunder or planned as we all know that a 10 digit number will get people to dailing that number immediately. Makers of the movies are well aware that people start calling up the number whenever mentioned on any show / movie hence they always use a mobile number that is no longer working / is invalid or maybe in case of Jolly LLB 2 a 9 digit number to end all problems!
