Mr. perfectionist Aamir Khan is the only actor in Bollywood who goes to an extent for the perfection in his roles. It came as a shock when we spotted Aamir in a bulky 95 kg weight in early 2016. Soon after that, he reduced the extra weight to be leaner as he wants to play the younger version of Mahavir Singh Poghat. Here's how Aamir achieved this fat to fit journey with the help of pictures: 1. During the press meet on his birthday, Aamir had revealed to the media that he went to the US to shed extra kilos under the experts' guidance. Aamir was in Arizona and it took 3 months for him to be in the normal shape. 2. Aamir opted more of outdoor activities like Cycling, Mountain climbing and Swimming to be in the better shape. 3. In Arizona, Aamir woke up at 6 am every day and go to mountain climbing and cycling. After doing that, he does several other exercises. 4. In the first month only, Aamir reduced 13 Kg weight at a rampant speed. 5. By looking at the picture, it looks like Aamir is having a good time at the mountain trekking. 6. During the press meet, Aamir also added that he wish to be in the Ghajini zone again and show his superb physique. 7. When asked about his weight loss journey, here's what Aamir said, "I was burning 4500 calories a day in USA through biking, trekking, swimming and a lot of other activities. I ate less and worked out more. The maths was that I ate 1500 calories and burned about 4500. The deficit was more so weight was decreasing fast, but it was unhealthy as the deficit should not be more than 25 percent." 8. Aamir had to quit his normal vegetative food as per directed by his dietician. He use to consume more proteins in his weight loss journey. 9.
