Here’s something that a lot of people don’t know about this hit film: Rani Mukherjee was the first choice for the role, which she turned down because of other commitments. Aishwarya Rai then replaced her, but had to leave the film since Salman Khan, her bitter ex, would often wreak havoc on the sets. Eventually, it was Rani who played the role, as was intended by the filmmakers.
