Complaint Filed Against Music Composer Vishal Dadlani In Mumbai For Hurting Religious Sentiments
Bollywood Music Composer Vishal Dadlani, who has invited controversy by commenting ‘Monkery’ about Jain guru Tarun Sagar, has been in the legal soup now. A number of complaints have been registered against him in Haryana and Delhi. At latest, on the same controversy issue, a complaint has been registered against Dadlani in Chembur Police Station for hurting religious sentiments.
Well, the controversy erupted when Dadlani points out Jain guru Tarun Sagar speech in Haryana Assembly. The Digambar sect of Jainism don’t wear clothes as a part of their religious practice and that’s why the Guruji address the assembly naked. Soon after that Dadlani tweeted by saying ‘Monkery’.
Though he deleted his tweet but till then the damage has already been done. After several apologies from Vishal Dadlani, the Guruji has forgotten the incident already but the followers are still unhappy.
I apologise again, to the Jain Community, & all others offended. But I beg you all not to support religion in governance, for India's sake.

In Haryana, the Jain Community people also burned the effigies of Vishal Dadlani and also questioned him for his behavior. Now this latest complaint in Mumbai Police station will further ascend this matter.
In the recent past, Vishal Dadlani has been an active supporter of Aam Aadmi Party. A few days back, he even announced his entry into politics, but after this controversy, he vows to stay away from it.
