According to reports, Abbas Tyrewala, who was the dialogue writer of ‘Ishkq In Paris’, had filed a case against the actress regarding non-payment of dues. A cheque worth Rs 18.9 lakh had also bounced. The court had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Priety Zinta when she failed to appear in the court for the first time. Preity had even confessed that Salman Khan offered to help.
