The perfectionist, Amir Khan, has turned down many roles in his career. Among these rejections was the role of Prakash in Josh. The character which was played by Sharad Kapoor was first offered to Amir Khan.
Even though the role was significant for the story Amir felt that it is too small in comparison to SRK’s role of Max. Finally, the actor rejected the proposal and it was Sharad Kapoor who played the role of Prakash who dies at the end of this movie.
