Bollywood films legacy is over hundred years old. Though we didn’t have archived our whole film history but still we have enough of preserved films from the Golden Era. The worst thing in India is that we still don’t have a Bollywood Museum. We recently learned the importance of saving historical films, historical dresses, props and many more. As a fan we really wish to remain closer to our films and films stars. We are so engrossed in the Cinema world that we want to be like them, copy their acting, wearing the same kind of costumes and want to live life in that hero way. As a big fan we even didn’t mind paying exorbitant amounts if film related costumes, instruments, Set materials are on Auction. Here we have ensemble a list of 10 cinematic history items which has been sold at a big price at various Auction Sale: Madhuri Dixit's lehenga - ₹ 3 Crore Your eyes may feel blessed if you have ever seen the diva Madhuri Dixit dancing on a tune of Devdas song ‘Maar Daala’ and Dola re Dola. The lehenga she had worn in the song ‘Maar Daala’ was auctioned for Bollywood fans. Yes a fan has paid 3 Crore to have the same beautiful lehenga which was picturised in a film. Black & White images signed by Dev Anand - ₹ 4,00,000 Well Dev Anand is the evergreen star and will remain in our heart always. His performance were magical and his persona was unmatched by any other actor of his time. He is one of the handsome hero of his era. Recently, his 45 hand signed photo were on auction and a fan collected all of them by paying 4 lacks rupees. Shammi Kapoor's scarf - ₹ 1,56,000 No one can match his energy the way he delivered in chartbuster song ‘Chahe Mujhe Koi Junglee kahe’ from the movie Junglee. In that movie he had sported a scarf which made his look more authentic and more junglee. Well, the scarf was auctioned and a Bollywood fan paid 1 lakh 56 thousand to get a hold on it. Salman Khan's towel - ₹ 1,42,000 Dabangg Salman Khan song 'Jeene ke hain chaar din' will definitely remind you of his Towel dance move. The move was so famous that fans still want to see them till now. In 2009 an online portal has auctioned Salman’s towel from the movie, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. A Bollywood fan has paid a price of Rs. 1 lakh 42 thousand for the towel. The towel was auctioned for fundraising for an NGO Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action. Aamir Khan's cricket bat from Lagaan - ₹ 1,56,000 For one of the charitable cause, Aamir’s legendary bat from his movie Lagaan has been auctioned. A fan has paid a price rupees 1 lakh 56 thousand to hold a bat. Priyanka Chopra's heels - ₹ 2,50,000 Very few must be knowing but Priyanka Chopra is crazy for buying Heels and shoes. She has over 50 plus pairs of shoes in her house. For UNICEF's 'Save the Girl campaign’ cause in 2013 Priyanka auctioned off her Christian Louboutin heels which was sold for Rupees 2 lack 50 thousand. Farooq Sheikh's ring from Umrao Jaan - ₹ 96,000 One of the most simplest actor of Cinema Farooq Sheikh role in Umrao Jaan is unforgettable. For his role he work a precious ring. The ring was auctioned and sold for Rupees 96 thousand. Priyanka Chopra's dress - ₹ 50,000 In one of the charity auction, Priyanka’s autographed Gavin Maguel dress was sold for Rupees 50 thousand. Shammi Kapoor's jacket - ₹ 88,000 Now this is purely nostalgic feeling for a fan to buy the jacket of late actor Shammi Kapoor from the film ‘Junglee’. At the Osian's Cinefan auction in 2012 Junglee. The Jacket was sold for Rupees 88 thousand. Madhuri Dixit's saree - ₹ 80,000 The Dancing Diva Madhuri Dixit’s ‘Dhak dhak karne laga’ song is one of her best till the date.
