The movie has taken the box office by storm and it is receiving tremendous response from all over the country. It is going housefull not only in Southern India but also in Northern parts.
Trade expert Anand Vanga told to a leading portal, “It’s not just the weekend. Tickets for the entire first week have been sold out across major multiplexes in Hyderabad and other big cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The film will rewrite box office records and set a new benchmark for the industry.”
The first part whopped an amount of 600 crores and the second installment is expected to do more business than the previous one. And this is because everyone in the country wanted to get the answer of the cliffhanger question, “Kattappa ne Bahubali ko kyu mara?”
If it continues to go in this mode, then for the next few weeks it is going to give a tough competition to other movies.
