Ali Haji Won The Best Child Actor Award At New York Indian Film Festival
Vandana Kataria’s directorial debut Noblemen is receiving huge praise all across the world. The movie deals with the issue of bullying that happens in schools. The movie is an adaption of William Shakespeare’s ‘Merchant of Venice’. Actor Ali Haji has won the Best Child Actor award at prestigious New York Indian Film Festival. The movie will premiere at the Kashish LGBTQ fest marking its Asia premiere.
Nobleman is a coming of age film featuring Kunal Kapoor in the lead role. It deals with a very important and crucial issue of bullying that is happening in today’s world. Kapoor plays the role of a drama teacher, who has a mysterious past. He has some radical ideas and wants to bring some change in the education system.
Coming back to the movie, Nobleman features Kunal Kapoor, Ali Haji, Ivan Rodrigues, Muskaan Jaferi, Manav Chauhan, Shaan Grover, Abhay Narang and Parag Gupta. The story revolves around a 15-year-old boy Shay (Ali Haji), who is being bullied by a gang of bullies in a posh boarding school.
