This Actress will star opposite Tiger Shroff in ‘Student Of The Year 2

Tiger Shroff is on a roll. His last film A Flying Jatt might have failed at the box office but the actor has some really big films in his kitty. Karan Johar tweeted that Student of the Year 2 is very much on track with Tiger Shroff as its star and Punit Malhotra as the director. Since, Tiger Shroff has been roped in as the male protagonist for the movie ‘Student Of The Year 2’, the speculations were doing the rounds that who will be lead actress in the movie. Karan Johar has signed him on for the sequel to Student Of The Year titled SOTY 2.

After Karan Johar’s Student of the Year gave Bollywood three stars — Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. The amazing trio had made their debut with this film and people just fell in love not just with the film but even seeing the onscreen chemistry of the three stars. Soon after that, the fans were eagerly waiting for Karan Johar to make SOTY sequel. He has the sequel all lined up. aran wrote, “It’s OFFICIAL….Directed by Punit Malhotra STUDENT OF THE YEAR 2 ( SOTY2) with TIGER SHROFF @iTIGERSHROF.” First it was not clear which actress was goin to be cast opposite Tiger shroff in SOTY2. It had also come to the notice that in this it will be the debut of Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan and Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara.

Rumour mills were buzzing with names of Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan as the probable heroines for the sequel but now, the lead actress for the film is finalised. Super Cinema reveals that neither of them are cast opposite Junior Shroff in the college rom-com. Instead, it’s TV star Tara Sutaria who will be seen teaming up with Tiger for the film.

Tara, the 21 year-old budding actress also has a show on Disney channel. Tara was also seen in some films like ‘Guzarish’, Oye Jassi in small roles. Tiger and Tara make for an interesting pair for sure.
