In this flick, he is just essaying the role of a music director and that also just for a shorter duration. It means Aamir Khan will just have a cameo in this film. The film is being directed by Advait Chandan, who was also a manager for Aamir for over five years.

The moment, Aamir read the story, he straightaway nodded it a yes. So, now the movie is being produced under Aamir Khan’s banner. Here what popular film critic Taran Adarsh has to say about it. He tweeted, “Zee Studios presents Aamir Khan Production’s next film Secret Superstar, written-directed by Advait Chandan…Secret Superstar will star Aamir Khan in a special cameo. Apart from this, Aamir Khan will also be seen in Yash Raj Films Thugs of Hindostan alongside Amitabh Bachchan, which is set for a Diwali 2018 release.
