Few months ago, Shraddha Kapoor looks from her upcoming movie Haseena : The Queen of Mumbai was released and we were surprised to see her transformation. From a cute, bubbly girl to a gangster avatar, she is letting us to see her in a new and fresh perspective.
New stills of the flick are released and we see younger and older version of Haseena Parker aka Shraddha in it. In both the pics, she looks bold and fierce. She posted a pic on twitter and captioned it as, “Younger and older. Thank you Apoorva Lakhia for giving me the opportunity to play this character and for holding my hand throughout. #HASEENA”

Shraddha will be playing the life of Haseena from the age of 17 to 40. This is quite challenging, isn’t it?
In both the pics, Shraddha is seen sitting on royal chairs. She is wearing a mint-green churidaar-kurta with a dupatta in the younger version and a black suit with a dupatta covering her head in the older one. She is seen wearing minimal make-up and kohl in her eyes.
The movie is based on the life of Haseena Parker, the late sister of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. She came to the world of crime, after her husband Ibrahim Parker was gunned down in 1991 by the gang of Arun Gawli. Dawood later on avenged his brother in law’s death. Haseena became the undisputed queen of crime and started heading the crime operations from the Gordon Hall Apartments in Nagpada, the then headquarters for her crime.
She passed away from a cardiac arrest in July 2014 leaving behind her three children, two daughters and a son named Alishah.
Shraddha’s brother, Siddhanth Kapoor, who was last seen in Jazbaa with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Irrfan Khan will be playing the role of Dawood Ibrahim on-screen. Produced by Nahid Khan and directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film is scheduled to release on July 14.
