Mustafa Burmawalla is an actor in Bollywood who recently worked in the movies Players (2012), Coffee Shop (2008) and upcoming film Machine (2017). He is the son of director producer Abbas from Abbass Mastan. The star kid was previously an assistant director for the movies Players, Race 2 and Kis Kisko Pyaar Karu. Having acted in small roles in the above mentioned movies, Mustafa is all set to make his official debut with the movie Machine that is ready to release in 2017.
Mustafa was born on August 3 in Mumbai in the family of eminent film makers. He was not inclined towards film making until his graduation. After his higher studies, he took up film making and acting seriously and started learning the nuances of film making.
The film Machine will be releasing in March 2017. The lead pair includes Mustafa and Keira Advani whom we had previously seen in MS Dhoni : The untold Story. The movie will be an action thriller and also a romantic thriller and it promises great action sequences as it is always there in Abbas Mastan movies.
Mustafa’s journey is not different than that of other star kids such as Arjun Kapoor or Sonam Kapoor. He too was over- weight, around 120 kg. He had to shed almost 50-60 kg with rigorous exercise before being fit for the role in the film.
Mustafa Burmawalla small roles in the movies Coffee Shop and Players have helped him in understanding acting and direction. He has worked hard on body and also his acting skills. With Keira Advani in the lead, the chemistry of the two youngsters will be interesting to watch.
