Shahid Kapoor is all set to star in the historic drama Padmavati. In the movie, Shahid is portraying the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh and he now is excited for the shoots of Padmavati. At latest, he posted a selfie on Instagram which assures that he has begun the shooting for the film.

A few months back, Sanjay Leela Bhansali has finalized Shahid Kapoor for the main role. In the movie, Shahid will essay the role of a famous king, who has a beautiful wife Padmavati.
