Yes, the Independent Students Federation has filed a police complaint against Mr. Sharma for violating traffic rules during his recent visit to Amritsar.
According to the report of a daily, Keshav Kohli, the president of the federation has alleged that Kapil Sharma was riding the bike without wearing the helmet and also over speeding the bullet. Kohli further added that Kapil is local to Amritsar and enjoys a huge fan following all around the world. People of his stature should not show such carelessness.
In the viral video, Kapil is seen riding on the streets of Amritsar and showing fans some places and his childhood memories related to those places.

Deputy Commissioner of Police, Lakhbir Singh said, “We will investigate and if some violation of law is noticed then we will take legal action.”
