Raees is an upcoming crime thriller film directed by Rahul Dholakia. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan in the lead roles. In this movie Shah Rukh Khan is playing a role of Raees Bhai a cruel and clever bootlegger whose business is seriously challenged and eventually thwarted by a tough cop. The film is scheduled to be released on 8 July 2016.
