‘Bajirao’ Ranveer Singh, who is reportedly in a relationship with ‘Mastani’ Deepika Padukone has now been hit with another controversy. An Indian author Nikita Singh in an interview to English daily revealed that Ranveer is her husband.
According to a leading daily, the 24-year-old author was talking about her liking for cricketer Hardik Pandya. When told that the sportsman was already married, Nikita switched her response and said she was Ranveer’s wife. “I know and I don’t care, because my husband is Ranveer Singh. He’s the love of my life,” she said.
“One of my friends knows him and he asked me, ‘you do know that he’s very happy in his relationship, right?’ And I was like, ‘But in my heart, he’s my husband and I am very happy that way, you understand? Why would you take that away from me?,” she added.
On the other hand, some media outlets have been reporting that Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone has been engaged a few months back in the presence of their parents. The same report suggests that marriage is very much on the cards for the couple.
