Kriti Sanon seems to be the new favourite of superstar Salman Khan. No, we’re not trying to link the two actors. Remember how Salman insisted Kriti to be casted opposite him in ‘Sultan’? However, things did not work out between the producers and Kriti and finally Anushka Sharma was locked for the role. Salman is happy with Anushka’s work in the film. But as Salman says, “Ek baar jo maine commitment kardi, uske baad toh mein apne aap ki bhi nahi sunta.”
This is what has happened in regards to Kriti, and Salman is very keen to do a film with her. There were reports of Kriti ousted Jacqueline from the sequel of ‘Kick’. Now there is a news of how Kriti Sanon might star in superstar Salman Khan’s upcoming venture, which is the remake of the Punjabi film ‘Jatt And Juliet’. This film stars Salman’s friend’s son Zaheer.
A source said, “Salman heard the script and was sure that he wanted to make the film. And he is considering Kriti but nothing has been finalised till now.”
The original film released in 2012 and starred Diljit Dosanjh, Neeru Bajwa, Rana Ranbir.
Well, we just hope to see Salman and Kriti share some screen space.
