Rumours about Alia Bhatt’s split with rumoured beau Sidharth Malhotra have been doing the rounds for quite sometime now. However, Alia has always maintained that she is single and not seeing anyone and that Sidharth is a very good friend of hers.
On the other hand, speculations about her split with Sid have surfaced time and again. We recently met Alia at an event where she was promoting her latest release Dear Zindagi. We asked her if she has ever said ‘Just go to hell dil’ in her real life situation, here’s what she said:
“Haan, bohot bar bola hai. Jab heartbreak hota hai, break up hota hai. You love someone who doesn’t love you back. When all these things happen then you say ‘Just go to hell dil.’”
When asked if she has gone through a heartbreak she quips, “Of Course I have.” We further asked her how she dealt with it, she said that she has gone on holidays to tackle her heartbreaks.
On being asked if she has had any heartbreaks in recent times, she quickly added, “Recent mein heartbreak nahi hui hai (I haven’t had any heartbreaks in recent times).” Does this mean that she hasn’t broken up with Sidharth?
