Abhishek Bachchan recently attended Jagran Film Summit as a guest speaker. During the summit, he was asked several questions related to his recent films Manmarziyaan, his character in the film Robbie, his journey in the Hindi film industry, being Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s son, nepotism and more. In the conversation with Abhishek Bachchan, the revelation that made the most news was that of the times of release of his movie Shararat! It so happened that his film Shararat had released. So he went to Gaiety Galaxy Theatres to gauge the audience’s reaction to the film and to his shock, a lady came up to him and slapped him.

Abhishek Bachchan said, “One moment I’ll never forget ki meri ek film release hui thi Shararat aur main Gaiety Galaxy gaya uske reactions dekhne ke liye. Ek lady thi woh picture dekh ke baahar nikli interval mein aur unhonein baahar aake, main concessions stand ka paas khada hua tha, aur unhonein mujhe baahar aake thappad maar diya, aur kaha ki, “You’re embarrassing your family’s name, stop acting””
