It has been quite some time since we first showed our readers the pics from the sets of the movie Shaandaar. The movie, which was the talk of the town as soon as it went on floors has been delayed quite a bit due to some issues one of them largely being the marriage of its star Shahid Kapoor. Directed by Queen fame Vikas Bahl, the movie is being produced by Karan Johar and also stars the gorgeous Alia Bhatt.
The starlet did not want to disappoint her fans and told them on Twitter yesterday that even though it is taking some time, the wait for Shaandaar will be worth it. Alia tweeted, “Heheh woke up to #ShaandaarWaitIsKillingUs!! Coming up veryyyyyy soon guys..sorry for the wait but hopefully it’ll be fully worth it!!!!.”
Karan Johar, who seemed equally excited for the film was quick to respond to Alia’s tweet. The producer also proclaimed that it won’t be long before the film releases. “#ShaandaarWaitKillingUs is trending!!! Well not for long…coming up really soon!!! @aliaa08 @shahidkapoor,” Karan tweeted.
As for us bollywood fans, we are glad that we will soon see Shahid and Alia together on the screen for the first time.
