Vikas Bahl sends Legal Notice to Anurag Kashyap and Motwane accusing them of Professional Jealousy at Play

Vikas Bahl, who is the current hot most topic in Bollywood due to the sexual harassment allegations put up on him in the #Metoo Movement has come out in open to decline and deny all those allegations put on him! His Phantom partners, Anurag Kashyap and Motwane too had expressed their opinion in the matter accepting that they knew of Vikas Bahl’s ill acts! Upon this, Vikas Bhal has sent a Legal Notice to his ex-partners accusing them of professional jealousy at play!

Vikas Bahl issued a legal notice to Anurag Kashyap and Motwane, sent by his lawyer Shamsher Garud of Jaykar and Partners. The Legal Notice read, “It is by design that after having remained silent about the alleged incident and alleged victim for three years, you have now come forward and supported the alleged victim. It is imperative to highlight that the alleged victim herself has mentioned that your sudden moral enlightenment is nothing but a hoax and there is a personal agenda behind it.”

Vikas Bahl has asked for an unconditional apology from his ex-partners and has asked them to take their statements issued over social media, back. Anurag Kashyap had accepted that Vikas Bahl had misbehaved with one of the Phantom Employees while shooting in Goa and that he was slammed for this sexual harassment. Motwane on other hand called him a sexual offender!

“This makes us wonder whether the alleged incident of sexual assault also has any authenticity, given that the alleged victim was, in fact, working as your own employee,” the notice said. The legal notice also mentions that Motwane is said to have initially believed there was no sexual harassment and showed his conversation with the alleged victim to Bahl. “This was to show that no sexual harassment incident had taken place. Yet, Motwane, after the victim outed him went ahead and issued statements against Bahl. ”
