Khiladi Kumar is known for buying some exotic properties other than doing 3-4 films a year. According to the report, the actor has bought four flats in a luxury 38-storey building Transcon Triumph, which is situated in Andheri West. The actor has bought all four flats on the same 21st floor. Each flat is spread in 2,200 sq ft area.
Padman actor purchased all four flats at a whopping price of Rs. 18 Crore. The Transcon Developers are offering some luxurious facilities like swimming pool, infinity deck, fitness centre, barbeque corner, Children’s play area, jogging track and a multipurpose court.
Currently, Akshay Kumar lives in a sea-facing duplex apartment in Juhu. In addition to this, he also owns a flat in Lokhandwala, a duplex in Bandra among others.
