Vinod Khan has won the best supporting actor Filmfare award in for his role in for Haath Ki Safaai and also received a Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2007, he went on to win the lifetime achievement award at the Zee Cine Awards.
In the early 80’s he took a sudden break from his movies and joined the ashram of guru Osho Rajneesh. After a hiatus of five years, he again back in the movies and gave great movies like Insaaf and Satyamev Jayate.
In the past, we have seen him in the movies like Dabangg, Players, Dabangg 2 and Dilwale. He was one of the handsome actors in the film Industry but his health started deteriorating from late 2016. In his last time, he was surrounded by his children and his wife Kavita.
Overall, we have lost an important actor of the Indian Film Industry.
