There are many bollywood actors who are not only good at acting but also possess various other skills and talents that the audience aren’t aware of. One such actor is our very own Badrinath, aka, Varun Dhawan. Varun is not only and amazing actor who never fails to win the audience with his charm but he is also an amazing dancer and loves to dance.
There are many dance reality shows being aired on the television and what’s more common is bollywood stars being a part of these shows to promote their upcoming movies. One such example is when recently Shah Rukh Khan recently visited Star TVâs âDance Plus Season 3â to promote his flick âJab Harry Met Sejalâ.
Shahrukh Khan had a gala time on the show and was also quite stunned with the portrayal of dance acts shown by the contestants. Choreographer turned director Remo DâSouza is a judge on the show and we all know that Varun has worked with him in his movie âABCD 2â.
Varun also watched that episode and as he shares a great rapport with Remo, he took to Twitter to express his emotions for the show and wrote,
âDance Plus defiantly has the best live dance acts on TV. Superb.â
However, this tweet backfired after which Varun quickly took to twitter and deleted the tweet.
The reason for this step is that Varun Dhawan is the Brand Ambassador of SAB TV and Sony TV is its’ rival. It definitely didn’t go down well with SAB TV upon knowing that Varun has praised a show of its rival channel.
A source told Mid-Day,
âIt was a clear case of clash of interests. Varun did it with honest intentions, without thinking of the consequences. But it didnât go down well with Sony.â
It is being alleged that the PR team of SAB TV told Varun to delete the tweet and as he is under contract, he needs to abide by the rules and regulations.
