Trisha is one of the finest actresses of Kollywood and she has worked with almost all the big stars of the South movie industry. Now, she has got the opportunity to work with legendary actor Rajinikanth. Also, actress Simran will be seen in pivotal role along with Trisha. As per sources, both the beauties are paired opposite Rajinikanth but they didn’t reveal much about their characters.
In a recent interview to Times of India, Simran said, “I am paired opposite Rajinikanth in Karthik Subbaraj’s film and I miss Jyothika’s role in ‘Chandramukhi’.”

The first schedule of the film was shot at Ranger College, Darjeeling and the second schedule was shot in Dehradun. From 10 August, Karthik has begun the third schedule of the film near Red Hills. It is a big set constructed inside the 100-acre land that belongs to music composer AR Rahman. Besides Rajinikanth, Simran, and Trisha, the film also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Megha Akash, Malavika Mohanan, Bobby Simha, and Sanath.
