After that, there was no looking back for the director and he went on to work with Salman in ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and ‘Saawariya’. But Sanjay’s one decision ruined his friendship with the superstar. It was Salman who suggested an emotional story to Mr. Bhansali, willing to act in it under the director’s supervision. This movie was none other than ‘Guzaarish’. The ‘Devdas’ director signed Hrithik making Salman feel backstabbed. The ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ actor was seen taking a jibe at the director as ‘Guzaarish’ didn’t fare well at the box-office. Since then, the actor and the director are not in talking terms.
