This is where Vir Das will go to when coronavirus scare ends
Actor-comedian Vir Das has his priorities sorted as he knows which place he’ll visit once the lockdown is over and coronavirus scare ends.
On his latest Instagram post, Vir said, “Whenever this world is open again, the first place I want to go back to is Ladakh. I usually go once a year, rent a bike, switch the phone off, stay in a tent by the river for ten days. It’s where I am happiest in the world.”
The post features a candid image of the comedian in the traditional attire of the place while he is dancing alongside a localite, probably from one of his earlier visits, as he talked about in the caption.
Reacting to the image, former VJ Maria Goretti wrote, “I have never been there, that’s exactly where I want to go.”
While responding to her comment Vir talked more about the beauty of Ladakh, “It’s literally heaven. Washes the Mumbai off. You have to go. I have toured the world twice, never found a place with that much soul.”
On the work front, Vir Das had one of his recent comedy specials titled ‘For India’ released on the streaming giant, Netflix.
