Joanna follows a very strict diet plan like a cup of orange juice, some fruits and two slices of wholemeal bread with butter in breakfast, brown rice with healthy side dishes like steamed chicken, fish, eggs, and salad for lunch and one chapati with some curry and vegetables for dinner.
