Bollywood actress Feryna Wazheir is all set to strike hard with her hot moves in an art house dance number for the film ‘Ludo’. The song is directed by ‘Brahman Naman’ fame Q aka Qaushiq Mukherjee, who has signed a multifilm deal with Netflix and is using this song to promote his body horror flick ‘Ludo’.
Q and Feryna who are friends have been looking to do something together for a while. Says Q on working with Feryna “I met Feryna at Slamdance film festival some years ago where my film Gandu was screened. I realised by the virtue of the fact she was there, she is a very smart, multifaceted girl.”
Feryna on doing the number “Some Item numbers use women and vulgarity to entice audiences, so we have taken it over the top to make sure no one misses the point.” Q adds “The lyrics are used satirically to point out the misogyny in these. People who usually objectify women, subtley is not usually their strong point, we have added a twist at the end”.
The super cool song is already released today and we are excited to watch this spoof song based on ‘Bollywood item numbers’. The song also features vocalist Suyasha Sengupta and is composed by Neel Adhikari.
