One of the popular names of television, reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ season 6th second runner up and a talented film actress, Sana Khan, took the social media by a storm after dropping the news of her exit from the showbiz industry. Announcing her retirement from the glamour world of entertainment and seeking solace in the service of humanity, Sana shared a long post on Instagram handle, where she told about her decision to quit the showbiz lifestyle forever. Devoting herself in service of humanity after all the stardom she earned for herself all this while, Sana called it a crucial juncture of her life and also asked industry people not to contact her for any showbiz work henceforth.
Her long post read, “I have been living the Showbiz (Film Industry) life for years, and during this time I have been blessed with all kinds of fame, honour and wealth from my fans for which I am grateful to them.” The 33-year-old further told that she has resolved to follow order of her creator and urged people of the industry not to approach her for any Showbiz work. “I declare today that from today onwards, I have resolved to say goodbye to my showbiz lifestyle forever and serve humanity and follow the orders of my Creator. All brothers and sisters are requested to pray for me to Allah to accept my repentance and grant me the true ability to live in accordance with my determination of spending my life following the commandments of my Creator and in the service of humanity, and grant me perseverance in to. Finally, all brothers and sisters are requested to not consult me with regards to any Showbiz work henceforth,” Sana wrote.
The post was captioned as, “My happiest moment. May Allah help me n guide me in this journey. Aap sab mujhe dua Mai Shamil rakhe.” The language of the post was in Urdu dialect, where Sana interacted with her fans and industry insiders whom she wanted to convey the big decision of her life while seeking their blessings and best wishes before embarking on this tough yet beautiful journey. In no time her fans took note of her post and flooded her Insta handle with lots of best wishes for this new phase of her life.

Collaboration manager Divya Agarwal wished her for her decision and wrote, “Whatever makes you happy. Meanwhile, the ‘Jai Ho’ actress had made headlines earlier this year after she announced her break up with her celebrity choreographer boyfriend Melvin Louis and accused him of cheating and reportedly impregnating a teenage girl. She also accused him of being violent with her during their relationship. To note, Sana and Melvin Louis had reportedly come closer after Gauahar Khan, also an ex-Bigg Boss contestant, parted her ways with the celeb choreographer with in 11 months of their relationship.
