Farhan Akhtar missed Shahid Kapoor on IIFA’s press conference and called him ‘Pappu’

Bollywood multi-talented actor Farhan Akhtar feels that Shahid Kapoor is a ‘Pappu’ (a dumb person)! He took to twitter and uploaded a funny photo of one of their IIFA’s event, which they hosted together.

Actually, this year Farhan Akhtar and Shahid Kapoor is all set to host again the biggest Bollywood Event ‘International Indian Film Academy Awards’ (IIFA). Lately, Farhan Akhtar was in Delhi for an IFFA press conference and missed the ‘Haider’ actor a lot. He couldn’t hide his feelings for Shahid and took to twitter to call him ‘Pappu’.

The duo has already hosted an IIFA ceremony in 2014 which also attended by Hollywood star Kevin Spacey. In IIFA, they both even made Kevin dance along with Deepika on a Bollywood dance number ‘Lungi Dance’. That was one of the best moments which many of us will definitely remember in our subconscious mind. This year IIFA will be held in Madrid, Spain.

Shahid has already hosted the mega event thrice and must be really feeling joyous for this upcoming event. When Shahid saw Farhan’s tweet, he couldn’t stop his emotions and even called him as ‘Raju’.

Bollywood fans must be very excited for this year’s IIFA as they will going to witness the yet another rollercoaster laughter-ride from Raju and Pappu.

On the film front, Shahid is currently busy in promotions for his upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab’, which also stars Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Diljit Dosanjh. He recently wrapped up his another project ‘Rangoon’ along with Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut. Helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film is slated to release on September 30. Even Farhan Akhtar is working on his next project ‘Rock On!! 2’ which will hit the Silver screen on November 11.

The 17th edition of IIFA Awards is scheduled for June 26.
