Sukumar Hails Ram Charan’s Performance in Game Changer, Predicts National Award

A Cinematic Spectacle

Pushpa 2: The Rule director Sukumar has given a glowing first review of Ram Charan’s upcoming film Game Changer, directed by Shankar and co-starring Kiara Advani. At a promotional event in Dallas, US, Sukumar revealed he had watched the film with veteran actor Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan’s father, and shared his high praise for the project and Ram Charan’s performance.

Blockbuster First Half and Goosebump-Worthy Second Half

Sukumar described the film as a visual and emotional masterpiece. “First half, awesome. Interval, blockbuster. The flashback episode in the second half gave me goosebumps—phenomenal. I enjoyed it as much as Shankar’s Gentleman and Bharateeyudu (Indian),” he said.

National Award-Worthy Performance

The director was particularly impressed by Ram Charan’s portrayal in the film, drawing parallels to his role in Rangasthalam. Sukumar expressed his hope for Ram Charan to win a National Award, a recognition he felt the actor also deserved for Rangasthalam. “The way Charan essayed emotions in the film’s climax gave me the same feeling I had during Rangasthalam. He performed so well, he will definitely get a national award for it,” Sukumar stated.

A Strong Bond Between Actor and Director

Sukumar, who is set to reunite with Ram Charan for a new film after their blockbuster collaboration in Rangasthalam, spoke warmly about their relationship. “I love every hero I work with because we collaborate for at least three years, but I often lose touch after the film’s release. Charan is the only exception. He is like my brother, and we’ve stayed close ever since,” Sukumar shared.

Excitement Builds for Game Changer

With Game Changer promising a gripping narrative and stellar performances, fans eagerly await its release. Directed by Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, the film is expected to redefine the action-drama genre and solidify Ram Charan’s status as one of Indian cinema’s finest actors.
