Bollywood starwives are much more than the arm-candy of their husbands. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, producer Gauri Khan and Farhan Akhtar’s wife, celebrity hairstylist Adhuna Akhtar revealed their unseen sides at the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai on March 20.
Producer Gauri Khan made her debut as a designer with a tropical collection for Satya Paul. Gauri looked glamorous in a grey skirt teamed with a printed top and a jacket.
The front-row guests at Gauri’s show included Bollywood’d iten queen Malaika Arora Khan, actresses Zarine Khan, Tanishaa Mukerji and Elli Avram.
Many celebs including Zarine, Tanishaa, Mandira Bedi and Sophie Choudry attended Gauri’s show in saris.
Malaika looked chic in Dima Ayad, Elli was a vision in white and Natasha Poonawala rocked a Pucci outfit.
Directors Karan Johar and Kunal Kohli were also present.
On the other hand, actor Farhan Akhtar’s wife Adhuna seemed to enjoy herself the most while walking the ramp for designer Asmita Marwa.
Actress Soha Ali Khan made heads turn in Babita Malkani.
Actresses Mugdha Godse and Amrita Puri were spotted at Babita Malkani show.
