Star Actors Who Went Unnoticed As Junior Artists During Their Struggling Phase

The greatest heroes in life are those who never give up. They stick to it and make it work. They work hard and overcome adversity. They fail for a moment, but get back up on their feet with more energy, passion and dedication. There is no successful man on the face of earth who hadn't worked hard to achieve great heights. The well known stars of these days too have gone through struggling phase and many of them had worked as junior artist before making big in the film industry. Here is the list of 7 such stars. 1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui: The mountain Man Nawazuddin Siddiqui needs no introduction. He is established self made star. The movie which got him recognition as an actor was Aamir Khan's 'Peepli Live' where he played a character of a journalist. He became famous in 2012 with Anurag Khashyap's 'Gangs of Wasseypur'. But this is to be noticed that more than a decade back he started his career with a Aamir Khan starrer 'Sarfarosh' in which he appeared as a small time criminal. Other than 'Sarfarosh' Nawazuddin has done many side roles but we never noticed him because we were busy watching the famous and known stars. 2. Rajpal Yadav: Much before Rajpal Yadav got recognition in his movie 'Jungle' he started off as in a 'blink it-and-miss' appearance in Ram Gopal Verma's school. He just got 10 seconds on the screen for the very first time in his career. Just 10 seconds?? That is not enough time to show your talent. Thank God all these side roles didn't demotivate him and we got a talented comedian. Later he made his appearance in 'Phir Hera Pheri' , 'Bhool Bhulaiya' etc 3. Zoya Akhtar: This was the most shocking one. Sister of multi talented Farhan Akhtar and daughter of well known lyricist Javed Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar herself is a director. But a decade back she appeared as junior artist in a movie named 'Kamsutra'. After that side role she never returned back to acting field and became successful in her own genre. She directed famous movies like 'Zindgi na Milegi Dobara' and 'Dil Dhadkne Do' 4. Shahid Kapoor: While everyone of us was busy admiring Aishwarya's beauty and acting skills when she was performing to the song 'Kahin Aag lag Lag jaye' from Taal no one would have focused on the boy dancing behind her. That boy was our very own Shahid Kapoor and he made his starting in this film industry with the movie 'Taal' as the dancer in that troupe, dancing behind Aishwarya. Now Shahid Kapoor is a shining star of Bollywood and some of his movies like 'Haider' 'Kaminey' etc proved him as a great actor. 5. Irrfan Khan: Irrfan Khan is a known figure of Indian film industry. He is known for redefining heroism in Indian cinema. I'm sure none of us would have ever thought that in coming days he will be a star and will rule this Hindi cinema when he appeared decade back in an Oscar nominated Hindi film 'Salam Bombay.' There he had a small role of a man who earns his bread by writing letters. He had done different TV shows also. 'Hardwork is the key to success' and Irfan proved it so right. 6. Karan Johar: Karan Johar is one of those directors who are known by masses. Otherwise people are usually concerned with movies but not with directors, but this is not the case with Mr. Johar. Now he is a famous director and producer but he too had struggled in his early days and worked as an actor in the movie 'Dilwle Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.' He played a minor role of Shah Rukh's friend in the movie. 7. Mithun Chakraborty: Three times National award winner Gauranga Chakraborty popularly known as Mithun Chakraborty is a versatile actor. He is famous for his dance moves and those moves are still imitated in the party all around the world. Before tasting success he did many side roles which gain no attention. In Amitabh Bachchan Starrer he played a role of a man who keeps passing rude remarks to Amitabh in the movie 'Do Anjane'
