Earlier this year, grapevine was abuzz with speculations of Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh teaming up for a film which will be helmed by Shimit Amin under the YRF banner.
However, Ranveer broke a million hearts when he dismissed the rumours! But now, its time for the fans of both actors to cheer again as the two stars might join hands this time around!
Reports suggest that Aditya Chopra, who has returned to direction with ‘Befikre’ after a gap of eight years, is planning his next film with Shah Rukh Khan. Now, rumours are doing the rounds that he may rope in the Bajirao Mastani actor for the flick.
However, an official confirmation is awaited about his involvement in the venture.
Reportedly, the yet-to-be-titled project will be a romantic-drama movie. Sources claim that the film is expected to go on floors in November this year. However, if Ranveer is confirmed as the lead actor of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavati’, then he might miss out on the Adi – Shah Rukh project.
On the other hand, SRK is also busy with back to back films right from ‘Dear Zindagi’ to Anand L Rai’s upcoming project to Imtiaz Ali’s directorial.
Owing to their busy schedules, Aditya Chopra’s next seems to have already found it difficult to see the light of the day! But let’s hope for this one.
