Getting nostalgic on Sridevi’s 55th birth anniversary, elder daughter Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram account to share a throwback picture. In the picture, we see Sridevi with her husband Boney Kapoor and little Janhvi. The fans are still mourning the death of the legendary actress and as soon as Janhvi shared the picture, fans and close friends poured in with their warm wishes.

This is not the first time Janhvi is sharing a throwback picture. On June 2 on the occasion of her parents’ anniversary, Janhvi shared a picture of Sridevi and Boney Kapoor where he was seen planting a kiss on his wife’s cheek. Boney also shared a video on Twitter and wrote, “Today would have been our 22nd wedding anniversary. Jaan… My wife, my soulmate, the epitome of love, grace, warmth and laughter lives within me forever.”
Sridevi was a doting mother to her daughters. Jahnvi made her debut with ‘Dhadak’ and in an interview when she was asked what tips had she got from her mother Sridevi on her debut film and her entry into Bollywood. She said, “The biggest and most helpful tip that she has given me is to work hard and feel every emotion, and I think that I have tried to do that. She was very technical about it. The first thing she told me was the things I needed to improve — she felt the mascara was smudged and it really bothered her. The second half has to be different, she told me… ‘You can’t wear anything on your face.’ That’s all she told me, but she was happy.”
Sridevi saw 25 minutes of Dhadak and given her feedback on that but unfortunately she couldn’t watch her daughter’s debut movie. The tips and the feedback given by Sridevi shall forever remain etched in Janhvi’s memory!
