Sonam Kapoor feels ‘beautiful’ after she returns to London amid COVID-19 pandemic!
Sonam K Ahuja has now travelled back to United Kingdom after spending almost three long months with her family during these potentially difficult times. The actress had comeback to Mumbai from London just before the Covid-19 pandemic sparked a scare and was quarantined in Delhi for two months.
In a series of pictures that Sonam has posted on her Instagram Stories, the actress could be seen wearing a mask in one of her in-flight selfies. In another post Sonam looks sorted, as she reads the book ‘My Hanuman Chalisa’, written by Devdutt Patanaik.
After giving us glimpse of her in-flight stories, Sonam also kept her fans updated upon reaching London. Sharing a view of London from the plane, the Diva wrote, “London I am back. So beautiful.” Her hubby, Anand Ahuja, also seemed to have joined her in her Insta-stories frenzy and was seen posing next to her in one of her pics, with Sonam pampering herself with beauty facial mask on.
It is to be mentioned that, earlier, Sonam has spent three months of lockdown at her in-laws’ residence in Delhi. The actress, later, flew to Mumbai to be with her family members ahead of her birthday on June 9.
In an interview, Sonam had told about her decision to live with her family during these difficult times, “I decided to come back to India right before the travel ban was imposed just because my father (actor Anil Kapoor) is 63. He’d hate to say this but he is 63, my mother is 63 as well. We all stay with Anand’s grandmother who is also around 80 years old. There was no one actually in my husband’s house just in case something happened to be there and take care of everything. So Anand and I did the responsible thing to fly back even though we were so scared to fly,” she had said.
On the work front, Sonam has signed Sujoy Ghosh’s production based on the Korean movie ‘Blind’, which due to Covid-19 shooting restrictions is still in-making. Sonam was last seen in ‘The Zoya Factor’, which didn’t do well on-screen and was fared below expectations.
