As we all know, Arjun Kapoor has already been locked for Anees Bazmee’s Mubarakan. While there have been numerous speculations about who the heroine will be, now we hear that the makers have approached Sonakshi Sinha for the leading role.
Initially, Parineeti Chopra was offered the film but she couldn’t do the film. The makers then approached Sonakshi Sinha. they had some reservation because she is not on talking terms with the actor. But Arjun gave his nod first and then Sonakshi heard the narration. She is now considering the film. If this works out, this will be Sonakshi’s second film with Arjun after Tevar. And the first after their break-up.
Sonakshi and Arjun began dating while the shooting of Tevar but had a bitter break-up later and have not been on talking terms. The two have even avoided each other at all events ever since then. But now it seems that the former lovers are ready to move on and not let their personal problems become barriers in their profession.
